Just a short stroll away lies the Regalia Hotel, offering a plethora of public amenities within walking distance. Indulge in the culinary delights of two restaurants, unwind at the bourbon bar, and savor light bites at the cafe while sipping your favorite coffee beverage. And don’t forget to experience the famous Hippo pool with its swim-up bar, live entertainment, and more!
As you explore the greater area, plan a visit to Bagnell Dam and snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch at a nearby local restaurant located along the shoreline. If a spa day is in your future, the Lodge of Four Seasons is just 5 minutes away where you can spend all day pampering yourself, capping the day off with a delicious dinner. Heading indoors, cozy spaces offer a comfortable retreat for spending your well-earned downtime. Gather together in the living room on plentiful sofa seating while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for the convenience of preparing meals right at home, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. Enjoy your fare or host a family-friendly game night at one of 2 dining tables, each seating 4. The 3-seasons room offers another option for surrounding yourself in nature, with comfortable outdoor sofa seating and a ping pong table when you’re ready to tap into your competitive side.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
• The condo complex of Osage Vista offers boat slip rental at a rate of $25 per night, depending on availability.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

PET POLICIES - We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in this vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
• Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
• Cleaning Responsibility: To avoid fines, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
